In 2025, RLCC is conducting non-premiership competitions for under-6s to under-12s. The approach is consistent with worldwide research findings and the National Rugby League (NRL) Player Development Framework Policy. At its core, it is about creating a more inclusive environment, where the focus is on developing every member of a team, and is not about removing the competitive nature of the sport.
